Get enough sleep. It is important to get enough sleep. I know we all lead busy lives but it you run on 5 - 6 hours of sleep each night you are doing yourself a disservice. Lack of sleep will cause higher cortical levels and higher cortical levels with inhibit the production of testosterone. Besides how often do you get a good excuse to sleep in a little longer? While you are working out focus on what you are doing and bring the intensity. The more intense and harder you lift the more you will spur your body on to produce testosterone.
